What would be a good In Ear Stereo Bluetooth Headset? It would be nice if it has in the order of priority :
 
* Overall good sound
* Good call quality/mic
* Good build quality
 
Please suggest one for me. No budget constraints.

Hello, I have the Sony XBA-BT75 and it is the best I could find for the task. It has balanced armatures so it helps a little with the SQ, portable case with internal battery, veeeery important for these small things and they are ok. Could not find any better within those limits and as we are talking Bluetooth, I don t think SQ can get any better. I don t even think there are others with BT and BA, so it might be the best you can have.
My cons, too much bass, as I understand it is specific with BT encoding and a little edgy the design, find some pictures and you will see what I mean.
But for the task I would buy them again if I d have to. I'm pleased with them.

An option to consider is a Bluetooth receiver and this will allow you to use IEM's of your choice.
 
I'm using the BlueAnt Ribbon and the sound quality is good.  It can be attached to your collar or pocket.   It has Bluetooth 4.0 and the apt-X codec.
 
Mic quality is not great, which is the main flaw.
