A genuine question needing information and direction. I currently have 64 Ears v6 and am interested in either JH Audio or 64 ears top of line product. I live on in the Midwest and likely won't get to listen before. I just want to experience the music and enjoy the product. So any help will be appreciated!

I suggest you think very carefully about what kind of frequency response (sound character) you like. Then, take the time to read plenty of reviews, for a wide range of CIEMs, to see which ones most closely match the sound character you're looking for.
 
 
Choosing a CIEM based primarily on which of 2 companies makes it, is not the best way to maximise your chances of listening satisfaction, because there are loads of decent CIEM companies, now, offering a wide range of tunings to suit individual tastes.
