Hey Everyone - After two refits I finally had different ear impressions made and my ue11s fit perfect!!! Jeanette from Ultimate Ears was awesome to work with and I always felt they would get it right for me even if my audiologist screwed up the first impressions.

If you are thinking about getting 11s don't hesitate because of fit worries, they will get it right and are very nice to deal with in the process.

I agree. I had a problem with my SuperFi.5 Pros and they went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommended to deal with.
