I just did a detachable cable mod on my Beyer DT770 Pro and also want to use it on the go with my iPhone. Now i'm looking for a decent cable to work with and it is surprisingly hard to find one. The only ones i see all the time are the fake Beats-cables which are buggy and not sounding well.
 
I was looking for something like this from the Harman Kardon CL (Sorry, not yet allowed to post pictures directly):

The issue with this cable from HK, the original cables from Beats, or the Bose AE2i replacement cable is that you can't buy one without owning the product (product-replacement).
 
Does somebody know where i can get a decent cable with 3.5mm male-male and 3-button control on it which let my Beyer still sound nice?

Also found that one, but no remote and mic on that one, and thats what i am looking for... Without that i could grab any regular 3.5mm male-male cable

Seems like they don't make the 3-button anymore, only the 1 button.
