Hi,
Just a question that might look strange to a few but....

We have all lessoned to various persons having tested/reviewed/change the fuse , and report sonic differences (same for the cables).

I wonder if a few of you have tried to use "better" fuse holders, or have tried to remove it (and maybe its poor quality contacts) to solder directly the cable on the fuse itself ?

Of course I know that this would not be ergonomic, but a good forum is the place to get feedbacks...

Thank you for your replies,

Changing the fuse and getting sonic differences sounds like a bunch of bullcrap to me. A fuse is pretty much just a resistor which doesn't introduce any type of noise into the circuit, just resistance (very low resistance at that). Even if it somehow magically introduced some noise into power, the power filtering circuits will filter pretty much all of that out.
