1) Hi, I am using a Koss ksc75 out of my 1st gen shuffle and may be buying an amp with a gain of 5(no switch). Will this be a good match for the 60ohm Koss or do you think the gain is too high? Will it have too much noise?

2) If I keep my shuffle attached to an amp while charging the amp with ac/dc adapter, will this charge the shuffle also?

1) I don't think so
2) No, it won't all charging is done through the USB port.
