I don't think the 8gb sandisk sansa clip rumor was confirmed... well, this pretty much proves its existence:

says, it will be available in two weeks to a month and only in germany for now... and i always thought you get everything cheaper in the us...
not sure you'll get it that cheap over there...


and i am definitely getting one of these... for the price/performance ratio, nothing can beat this.... one hell of a deal....
