Hi guys,

Help me build full rig with 800$ (max 1000$) budget for a headphones + amp + dac.

I am using mainly Flac on my laptop. Think the USB will be the best way to connect.

The music I listen mainly is electronica, indierock, jazz, some female vocalist etc.

I would like to hear your proposition for a system.

I would say Pico -> HD650, I heard this setup and it is very sustainable (you won't feel like upgrading for a while).

Start with the AKG K701, which is a great value at low $200s. Next, you could try a DV336i tube amp, which numerous people here say works great with those headphones. That would leave you a few hundred for a decent DAC.
