Did a little bit of searching but didn't come up with anything....does anyone make, or are there any other pads, than can be swapped onto a set of 780s to replace the stock pads? The original ones seem to be too stiff and non-compressible to form a really good seal, plus, I have leather dress shoes made from more supple leather than what Ultrasone used.

I don't think that is possible with the 780's. Over time they'll get more supple I suppose though.
BTW, no real leather has been used. It's called pleather...

I've treated the pads a week straight, every night, with good leather conditioner.

Still feels like elephant hide.
