I'm going to built my rig around Pico first, which I will replace wiith Stello DA100 later.

I am really tired reading accross the forum, so please (please, please...) advice.
I want $700 or less tube amp, which will match my gear and also work as a preamp.

My primary cans are
  1. HD650 stock
  2. Denon D2000 (attention, low resistance)
Sometimes I also listen through
  1. DT770/80 (will replace with Darth Beyer later)
  2. ER4S (attention, little hiss tolerance)
I like my cans, I selected them thoroughly and I will not upgrade them anymore

I listen all the genres (no speed or death metal though). And I am in love with tube sound. So I want to feed active monitors (you may also recommend some for $500/pair) from headphone tube amp working as preamp unless I'll buy true 300B tube speakers amp.

Again, please advice.

Be careful when choosing an amp for the D2000's. They're very sensitive, and will pickup hum, hiss, and other noise that normally wouldn't be perceivable, especially on less sensitive cans like the HD 650's. I find that tube amps in general, are particularly vulnerable to having these issues.

Aside from that, the D100 is an amazing piece of equipment.

I can confirm that Graham Slee "Green" Solo is able to drive D2000 to it's fullest, and the amp it self are official reference amp to Sennheiser, hence they will suit HD650 very well.
Unfortunately, this is SS amp

I tried both cans with DV336i, HD650 run pretty well, but D2000 perform not as good as it paired with Green solo, but the tubes warmth is a nice addition.

You might want to consider a tubes amp with multiple gain switch, for example:
- Bada PH-12
- Woo Audio 6

DELETED (checked myself): Are these in $700 range?

How about tube rolling options with Woo Audio 6?

There is a thread somewhere around here which has quite a lot of tube rolling option. The WA6 doesn't have a preamp though. Maybe you can ask Jack to customize the amp so that it will.

Maybe you could shop around for a Cayin HA-1A...

There are lot of comments on hum with HA-1A. It's out of the race.

I doubt that WA6 is better than DV336. Price difference is rather explained by country of origin (Woo is American product, DV is Chinese).

Anybody compared these two face to face?

Why ask for advice and then dismiss the people trying to help you for reasoning that has no merit whatsoever? No wonder your thread is only 2 pages. The DV336 is soooooooooo amazing and you are soooooooooooo right about everything and I really think you should get the DV.
