It might be fairly misleading to many prospective buyers.  There's no power supply for anything.  Notice the last item in his list of "high quality components:"
"[size=medium]power:dual DC 30-50V single 6.3 V[/size]"
The trouble is, that power supply is nowhere to be seen.  I can guarantee you it's not included in that $14 price, either.  Not only is the design of such a power supply fairly complicated, it's not cheap, either.  I don't even see a power supply, period, in his ebay catalog.
 
Bottom line, this isn't good for anything but a curiousity unless someone designs a combination power supply and builds it for this little buffer board.
