[Myxomatosis]

Hi Head-Fiers, I just bought a pair of 6EA7 tubes (Westinghouse 1963 Dual Triodes) for my Wooaudio WA6, but I'm unable to find adapters (6EA7 -> 6DE7).

Anybody on Head-Fi selling these?!  Or a store having these in stock somewhere?!

wooaudio sells the adapters for the 6em7 which has the same pinout config.  for
the 6ea7 you have. they will work. or you could ask diyer like glenn, who posts regularly
in the woo audio thread here on headfi, to make you a pair. don't know how much
either of them charges for the adapters.
(btw, the 6ea7 draws more current than any other wa6 compatible drive/power tubes so
your amp will get warmer with long play. it's still within spec for the power tranny, but
thought you should know)
