____

Because JCAT USB XE Does a good job Im thinking of trying this.

Purpose for this usb card is:

1. for connecting a usb thumb drive with SLC memory 512-2GB. Buying two of these. One for the audioplayer(portable/JCAT) and Files(Elfidelity AXF100)

2. Will use external psu for the card. I have great success with iFi Elite on the JCAT. Might buy one more....or the shanti maybe
I had considered that elfidelity usb card before I got the JCAT card but there was used deal on the JCAT so I just went with that.

I think they do the same thing. I would assume the JCAT is better at it but you never know till you compare them.

Instant noticeable. Wow! Thought it was kinda snake oil.

I forgot the gpu occupied the X1 slot, so Input it close to JCAT. The last pci slot is for pci network.

Games are more 3D in sound, its real!

Guys I don´t get it, the amount of details in the mids has gone further.

All I did before testing the card was moving my whole setup, the only thing that has changed was swapping the power cables supra and wireworld.

This is incredible.

Well...

I forgot to add, before this my OCK-2 was connected. But it is not now. So the chain is Computer/JCAT -> DI20HE -> spdif/coax -> Chord TT2 - AryaV2.

I am suspecting the OCK-2 might influence when the R8HEMK2 closed or not connected - before this change when both were connected R8 and OCK2

Im going with this for a couple of days to see if it has a bad effect on the TT2. It sound incredible now.

This hobby is killing, this DI20HE makes me wanna buy more dacs.

This is going to sound strange. I even noticed slightly better graphics in games. Its like with sound where small particle/noise are gone from the image, its more clear and sharp.

I also noticed this when I added the pci power filter card.

Picture quality seemed to improve when using Netflix, youtube, spotify, and games.

I have a very cheap 43" 4k tv that I use as an additional monitor and everything improved on that as well.

Im upgrading my Streamer/gamer pc = Stramer 🤣

I need to find the ATX PSU with lowest Ripple and best transient.

So far google search have these as popular:
AX1600i
RM1000i
RM750X
Super Flower 1000.

I dont care how many watts it is, just not under 700 Watt is good. I like to keep it overkill with PSU. I have these on the way

Case: Silverstone GD11.
GPU: Inno3D 4070 TWIN X2
Cooler Arctic Freeser 240 II water cooler.

I have yet not pulled the trigger on a new motherboard yet as I like the Asus TUF X570 GAMING PLUS. I did think of the motherboard PinkFaun is using on there expensive 2.16 streamer: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK.

What ATX/PSU around 400 dollars will be "audiophile" grade? - any input is appreciated

I use the Super Flower 850w titanium ps, I've never had a titanium level psu before so I can't compare it to anything else but compared to the gold PS I had already, there was an improvement in everything running off the pc, music and picture quality on all 3 monitors I have connected to it.

Super flower is the oem for EVGA PSUs and some other brands.
