The Ferrari from Ferris Bueller's Day Off is memorable in my book.
I can see it in my head now...

Perhaps not memorable, but the plain old Volvo (usually the boxy 144 or 240 or 244 model and often the station wagon version) has got to be the most common auto product placement in movies ever. It doesn't seem to be happening as much any longer, but throughout the 80's and 90's, it seemed like 50% of movies featured one of the main characters (usually yuppie-types or family moms) driving a Volvo.
