4-pin XLR Y-Cable to 2x 3-pin XLR needed

Hi everybody,
I want to use my Ether C Flow balanced with the Musical Fidelity MX-HPA amp, unfortunately I can't seem to find a quality cable/adapter to split the standard 4-pin XLR jack into 2x 3-pin XLR (male). Can someone help me out?
