Hey guys,
 
I'm having a balanced to unbalanced adaptor made for my headphones, and the manufacturer asked me to provide the pinout. I was hoping someone here might be able to give me a hand.
 
The cable is a 4 pin XLR to 1/4 stereo adaptor (As stated in the title). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I found my answer after some digging around. For anyone else who might be looking for this particular adaptor's pinout configuration:
 
XLR pin 1 (L+) to 1/4 Tip
XLR pin 2 (L-)  to 1/4 Sleeve
XLR pin 3 (R+) to 1/4 Ring
XLR pin 4 (R-) to 1/4 Sleeve
