I got Lite DAC 38 and zero already. Amp is DV 332 and the phone is HD650 and 580.
Now the last one is a CD player. Budget is 300$. Any suggestion? I am thing about a toshiba HD-DVD player which will cost me 70$. Will a 300 CD player perform better then it?

AudiogoN high end audio auctions, classifieds, hifi chat. I don't know a thing about the equipment you have, but I found a sweet Sony 5-disc changer for 200 USD on audiogon.com and use it extensively with my CI VDA-2 and WA6. You can probably find something pretty slick for 300 USD on there.
