I'm sure I'll catch grief for this, but Radio Shack's 1/8" mini - to - RCA isn't all that bad. You could have someone here make it for you too if you'd like. I make all sorts of cables, as do some other head-fi'ers.

If you do go with the radioshack cable, get the gold series one and also don't get a right angle jack. I have one with a right angle jack and it's too bulky for use with a computer soundcard.
I have an AR branded cable that I bought at Best Buy. It's gold plated and shielded and doesn't give me any grief. I think it has a pretty good physical connection because the connectors grip very tightly.
