3.5mm from pc to amp rca

Hello all dont know if im in the right place but i think i am

I have my pc 3.5mm plug i have an rca white red to 3.5 female   if i use a male to male and plug it in the computer out and the female and plug the rca in the amp in  do you think it will work?

Yes as long as the 3.5mm plug and male to male adapter is a stereo plug.
 
This is normally a one-piece solution known as the stereo to RCA Y-splitter.
