I hope to get a PS for my pimeta that is 100-240 auto switching so i can use it in europe / asia as well.

ELPAC has a TONNNNNNNNN of autoswitching PS (lots of new stuff)

does anyone have any recommendations?

Also, my pimeta usually takes 2x9V batteries, shd i get a 18v or a 24v PS? Or does it not matter?

You don't want an autoswitching power supply for an amp. Switching/stepping power supplies are generally a bad idea for audio, unless you're talking real low gain. You probably would be able to build a really simple power supply with a transformer, bridge rectifier, capacitor and a regulator if you're hard pressed. Then change out the transformer when you go overseas
