Can anyone explain what's the difference between the different edition( e.g. spc, makka etc). Ranking them from best to good? I intend to buy SPC edition. But there are a lot of different edition. Might just try out the normal one first to test out b4 buying the more expensive one.

Modded these last night. Used the blade of red dollar general packing tape, not sure mm of the blade. The spot I picked to cut had markings, look close and see a dot, so I just cut straight instead of an angle. Been listening to them without the pads and they sound good. Not sure of differences. Maybe soundstage increase ? Less treble ? I did turn the volume max a couple times on my phone and pressed one of the earbuds against my hand and heard a difference of sound when I place my finger over the slot. Maybe someone can give me a list of songs to test, any genre.
