I didn't realise but the 25th is ANZAC day, so that rules that out too.
 
Like anupong suggests, put up a poll for a range of dates, even some during the week in the evening, and see what the consensus is.

So far Tuesday nights and one Saturday are ahead. It doesn't really matter who voted as it's about the majority.

It looks like it's either the 28th of April on a Tuesday, 2nd of May on a Saturday or 5th of May on anther Tuesday. 
 
@billymav are these times ok with you? Personally I would prefer the Saturday, but the Tuesdays should be fine as well.

If it is on a Tuesday I'll only be able to make it after 6. 
 
I'll probably just get dropped off and bring my gear with me.
