To celebrate the coming Chinese Lunar New Year, the staff at FiiO will have 11 days off (from Feb 15th to 25th) and return to work on Feb 26th. During the holiday, please kindly inquire with our local sales agents (Where to buy) if you have any questions about FiiO products, or contact us directly by sending an email to support@fiio.net if it’s not a very urgent issue; we will reply to you right after the holiday.

For urgent inquiries please email joe@fiio.net (only taking support inquiries during this holiday, Feb 15-25).
