The T3s sound pretty awesome by themselves, worth every penny. Just for fun I connected my RSA Shadow to the combo and I was really blown away by the output. The vocals cleared up, the instruments were clearly separated and the entire presentation was ALOT cleaner and forward. Even my wife (who couldn't tell the SQ difference between my TF10s and Apple Earbuds...) was able to hear the difference!
Makes me wonder how much better things could be if I were to use a DAC instead. But then again... I'm already pretty pleased with the combo... Maybe I shouldn't tempt myself and save the dough for something else haha~
