2000ok/FEEL help needed

Hi everyone. I am in a slight bind and need help from an individual that speaks Chinese. My problem is that I recently purchased a FEEL HP-200 amp that was damaged in shipping and arrived doa. I could get it repaired locally if I had a schematic for it, however, I have had no luck getting a response from service@2000ok.net . It could be because I cannot speak or write Chinese and perhaps they could not understand the email I sent.

Does anyone know or have a relationship with 2000ok? If not can someone send an email to them in Chinese explaining what happened to me and requesting a schematic for that HP-200? I would be extremely grateful for any assistance.

can't you contact your seller to get the drawing?

Unfortunately, I purchased it used and the only documentation I received was a photocopy of the manual in Chinese. There was no schematic, however.
