$200-range IEMs similar to AKG K240s?

Hi,
 
I'm looking for a pair of IEMs in the $200 range.  Any suggestions?
 
I want something with good sound-isolation, and reference accuracy.  My main pair of headphones are are AKG K240s, and I love them to death.  Is there anything with a similar signature?
