Are there any amps/inline volume controls for $20-30 price range?

I know theres the FiiO E3 and E5s, are there any other ones? Also are the E3, E5 and others rechargeable, take batteries or something?

The E5 uses a built in Li battery. For your price range I can only think of the Fiio.

there is the cmoy amp often found on ebay.......or u can build it yourself. Im in the process of building my own & id finish it if i wasn't sick right now, looks fairly simple & is obtainable in ur price range.

try Fiio E1? only if u use it with an ipod, it features in line volume, track control, and play/pause buttens. and you dont need to charge it or put batteries, it uses power from your ipod.
