Hi
I feed analog signal from 2 RCA output sockets of a DAC into the small input jack socket of a portable headphone amplifier using 2 RCA into the small jack cable. I noticed that I have to connect the cable Left RCA to Right socket and Right RCA to Left socket to have the correct right and left channel on the headphone output. Is it normal or the cable is incorrectly marked? I never used that cable the other way i.e. from jack into 2 RCA, so don't know.
Actually the channels could be mixed up inside any device, but I think the cable is most prone as it is a £2 lead.
Regards
Andy
