Tried the search. Nothing. I’m just wondering if there is any benefit to running two single opamps instead of a single dual opamp. Xduoo xd05 pro is what I’m using.

Theoretically and practically, there is no difference between two single opamps and a single, dual opamp.

Availability is the difference. There are some opamps that are not available in a dual configuration. If you want to use one of those (that do not come in dual configuration), then you'll need a dual-to-single opamp adapter. Cimarron Tech makes "Brown Dog" adapters such as this:
