I have a TRN BAX and unfortunately the cable no longer sits tightly on the IEM. Are there any fixes or do I have to retire the Bax as broken.

Have you tried different cable to determine if it's the cable or the iem? Also try to spread the male pins a bit to see if the fitment improves.

If it turns out the iem side is too loose and beyond quick fix, you can replace the qdc connector on the iem. DIY repair process will not be easy.
