Basically I'm looking for this:

So I can plug into my Fiio Alpen and use my K701's while I travel, but I expect to get what I pay for - and at $2-3 I don't expect much.. Just having trouble searching.. does anyone know of or have a reliable, quality adapter?

This is so wrong in so many levels that I'm afraid of offend you.
 
If I understand correctly you're looking for a reliable airline adapter, right? The source (airplane) will be the bottleneck, so any  concern about quality should be dismissed. All adapters perform roughly the same, and reliability is not an issue.
 
Have you ever tried flying with the K701? No disrespect but open back headphones in airplanes are a pretty bad choice.

Yeah I actually changed my mind on the K701 already, it has some headband damage too so I think I'll leave it at home. Im actually looking at some IEMs instead =D

But again, all of them are the same. All brands use the same cheap adapter.
