Hi,
I've been trying to figure this out without success.

Is it possible to use two pairs of headphones with the Auzentech Prelude.

I have my 701's hooked up to the main output with my amp in the middle.

I was hoping to run my old HD590's directly out of the card as I don't keep my amp on all the time, and don't want to turn it on everytime I fire up a Youtube video.

Is it possible to use one of the other outputs to get sound through a second set of phones?

Try, try, try again.

I eventually figured it out. Needed to enable the 4.1 mode, activate back l/r, and move the second headphones to the second output. Bitperfect stops working, but I can easilly re-enable it.
