So I'm kinda dumb when it comes to speakers, i have an amp a friend left at my place awhile ago and felt like it was time to upgrade from my ihome portable speaker, to something that can thump a bit louder, the thing is, I've got $80 in my bank account I'm just unsure what to do

Im not a basshead but i do workout and would like some decent party speakers, though i listen to all types of music so clarity is a must. Any suggestions? :s

Sorry for Kinda abandoning this I've been researching, what i was originally asking about is out of the question now lol, i dug up the amp and it was destroyed when i moved recently so I'm probably going to need a new one, fortunately my budget is up to 150 bucks which shouldn't be too bad?

While i checked the swan speakers they dont seem to go as Loud as id want them to and are lacking in bass, right now I'm considering

With http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0049P6OTI/ref=aw_ls__7?colid=YJKMIWYNK4WZ&coliid=IWZDXYCA2KJ56

And maybe a good subwoofer? unfortunately I've read that if they arent from the same company they dont sound right unless i drop a really large amount of cash, unfortunately id really like the bass for working out/parties, i usually prefer not to buy used stuff but I've read alotta craigslist success stories, and might just have to suck it up can i find something good that's new for 150?
