Will you be using an amplifier or would you need some kind of powered speaker solution? Or would some decent computer speakers work for you? (the ones that have the amp in the subwoofer enclosure.)
 
As for the sound card, seems to me the Asus Xonar series is a big favorite around here. Sites that ship to Hong Kong? I'm afraid you'll have to do that part on your own. I have no idea.

Well I just opened a new thread after browsing around....the M10's and the M50w's from swan look very nice and have had some positive reviews

Swan M50W + Asus STX. i use it. i think this is the best for MM speaker 2.1 format.
