The only one I know of is the ipod mini CF modded.
Hardly any players have line outs, and flash ones are even more rare.

you could also do a flash mod with the other HD based iPods as well I think, though it requires and adapter card or something for the CF card to plug into, but it is always a bit better than the mini mod as you get a color screen and video playback.
