Hi sorry I'm not familiar with the Little Dot, My amp is a very standard Starving Student just using 12AU7

I made two PCB:s from the layout Fred shared. Im now unsure If I made the right choice as I mirrored them for the print / tone transfer. Looks as though they are flipped compared to Freds... 
 
The whole thing is on hold, pending parts.

One last bit of pestering Fred_fred. Looks to me that the resistors labelled on the board are the same as the schematic. On the other hand, the capacitors weren't. Decided to relabel the layout to what I think is correct. Could you give it a bit of a check to make sure I'm right. 
 

 
Hopefully should be right, first time I've done anything like this.
