simple question. what is your record for 100m dash?

i used to go about 12-13 seconds when i used to be in shape but now..
after gaining some weights, rather fat, i dont know if i can even beat 15 second mark

I could probably rock a 12.high to 13.low. The 100 isn't my specialty though, add another 4,900 meters to that and we've got a race

Then I just got lazy.

i've never run the 100m dash.. i want to try it and see how different it is from the 50 yd freestyle. i'm guessing i am around 15 seconds for me.

I did 11.8 in 10th grade... being 5'3" at the time that was decently quick.

Around the same time here. I ran a 11.6 back in ninth grade, that was during XC season though, and it'll probably never happen again

I did a 12.3 back in 7th grade. Ever since then, I haven't done any sprints.
