I have been looking for a good pair of headphones in the 100-150$ range, after analysing the following thread :

And seeing that almost none of those headphones mentioned in the 100-150$ price range are available in Romania the only solution was choosing the :
 
BOSE MIE2I
 
I need some suggestions on those headphones.
 
 
I also need to mention that I need a pair that is compatible with an iPhone.

can you tell us more about what do you expect sound signature wise?
 
and as you mention it needs to compatible with iPhone, so you need the IEM with mic as well?

I've been using all sorts of cheap headphones and currently using the Apple headphones that came in the box so anything that can sound better than that is a plus. 
 
I'm not an audiophile but I adore excellent sound quality.

maybe you can check out the Klipsch S4i, they sound great (bright, a little v-shap EQ, quite pushy treble, good weight on low end)
 
I tried these few months back, liked them especially for the price and they have microphone which compatible with iphone/ipod controls.
 
as you don't have any preferences on sound signature, this would be my recommendation within your budget
