Personally, I use the Sennheiser one, and I'm happy with it. Good build quality and no noticeable degradation in sound quality.

What's wrong with the single-piece switchcraft adapter @ $5?
At the cost of some extra 4 inches or so, you should get better sonic performance at $160 less
(unless you believe that the cable adds to the sound quality)
