I am having some trouble finding this type of adaptor which i am planning to use so that I can get direct output from my sound card which uses 2 1/4 mono's direct to my headphone.

Anyone know where i can purchase of these adaptors?

you should just have someone make you one. Skyline889 makes beautiful cables...

ive got a dual male 1/4" to male 1/4" if that would somehow be of use to you, let me know
