Only the RM-AV3000 Sony Integrated Remote Commander is remotely close to 1/2 off the listed price there.

Could be a good sale either way, but not half price.

but if the site/kits ARE going bye bye then i expect the prices will eventually reflect that.

BTW-they are nice kits even at retail and the all jfet version of the borbely hybrid headphone amp is selling for big bucks and has had good reviews (6 moons) under the "Aural" name

ive always wanted to try one of his phono pre's, but theyre so (relative to my budget and the cost of most diy projects) expensive. i've apparently just been bought a hifi record player though so it might be worth it. id love for them to be on special!

a very nice design and just like the borbely hybrid but with a jfet front end (updated).soon will be carried by Wellborne Labs and is also available from the German borbely main site as are the pdfs of the schematics (though without parts designations
