Cons: Heavy, Large Enclosure Needed, High Power Demand
This is by far the best sub i ever head and i got a lot of boom for the buck, i built my own enclosure out of 1.25" thick pulp wood and building your own box out of scrap wood is alot better than a prefab, i cant wait to get this thing in a T-line as that will help even more with tight bass, lows and massively with output, not that i need it. when testing day came for my 1500wrms 250a 14.4v amp on a 200a 12.0v psu i got so much boom out of this sub. my masive output range is from 20-40hz but thats because of my port tuning, and octive up is good but not rattle your eyeballs out.
these results are in a 3.5cuft box tuned around 30hz, recommendations are 5-7 cuft and a t-line would be 24cuft and from what i hear this sub takes 2000wrms like a champ! i am impressed on hoe im get 4" of movement out of it on a low and it still sounds clean.
