How do these compare to the QKZ × HBB and the Salnotes Zero?

These don't hold up to those two. I was going to add comparisons with those two specifically. I just don't think they hold up sonically to either the Zero or the XHBB. The MT3 sound nice but they aren't top level ultra budget in my opinion.

What hold's it back relative to the other two?

I'm simply curious as to why you didn't photograph or talk about the New Silicone Ear-tips? I realize that they only include one medium pair in the box, but that seems to be one of the main selling features of the MT3? Was your sample made before the tips were included?

That's exactly right. They sent this set without them unfortunately. In fact.. Lol.. I'm still waiting for those tips. Oh well.
