Very nice detailed review. How would you compare the TC01 to let's say Ibasso IT00, Shozy 1.1, JadeAudio EA3, TFZ no3
I ask as I own those and want to have a understanding of what to expect on the TC01. Thank you

I don’t remember what the TFZ no3 sounded like, sorry. Never tried the rest. The TC-01 sounds like the BL-01, only 10X better.

I have only one problem with this IEM: The name and logo are terrible haha! Wish there was someone there that stopped Tripowin from naming them with their rando name

Well, after owning them there is a nice closeness. It’s like meeting someone and not liking their cloths or something, then getting to be good friends later.

The two end up opposites, which in a good way makes them complementary. The L4 has a sculpted treble detail, TC-01 more 2D flat. Bigger size TC-01 bass areas, L4 sculpted tighter bass. Where the TC-01 has brutishness, L4 offers refinement. Cymbals get attack definitions and textures the TC-01 just can’t do.

The L4 is on a whole different level, yet the TC-01 offers stuff the L4 can’t do. I would keep the L4 if I had to choose, yet for the price, the TC-01 is a gift? But, yes....it’s pretty far behind! Still.....with EDM, the TC-01 does things in the bass the L4 can’t do? They make each other look good.

Oh man, i am sooo worried. I'm thinking that what i'm seeing above is just the start of a massive hype-train push.

How in hell is one to reconcile these wild effusions with the calm deliberatios of seasomed reviewers on YouTube concerning this very same Tripowin earphone, who have found it inoffensive but otherwise perfectly *average* in every possible respect?

Well, it’s true that the opinion of the TC-01 is maybe polarized to a point? I wrote the review before reading any reviews, though did see the YouTube HBB recommendation beforehand. After all this time and after much more listening, I have noticed just a slight lack of high treble sparkle and refinement.......which would take place in the area of cymbal strikes. Still, I stand by my review findings as of yet....non-wavering. As you can read........there are a tremendous amount of people besides myself that love the TC-01? It may be simply subjective to what a person comes in looking for and valuing? Sorry, I can’t be more objective for you?

Just read more and see what others think.......as there is always a form of truth in the end. It’s a fact that this price bracket has found a giant increase in value from 3 years ago. Yet, even with that taken into consideration, people still value what they value and this hobby stays as subjective as it’s always been. But at the end of the day, we are lucky for the profound improvements at hand due to the progression of technology. There are absolutely no bad reviews for the TC-01 here, just happy listeners.
