The best IEM review I have ever read.

Don't know about that. This was just a lengthy impression. I want to formulate a bit better write up when I have the time. Unfortunately, I have a full-time job that does not allow me to sit and write about IEMs as much as I used to.

I reread my impression today and it still very much applies to how they sound today so I posted it.

You helped me when I started out in the game . I inboxed you many years ago and you recommended the Penon Orb which until today is a personal fave. Always love your reviews. Thanks for helping on my journey into this hobby. Great review from one of the very best in the business 🙏🏿

Hey you know, helping out one another in this community is what it is all about. I am glad you are finding your happy place with the IEMs I suggested to you. It makes it easy when Penon makes some banger products for the money.

Hey D, what would you say would be an "equivalent" in sound profile but a hybrid? Or even an all BA if at all? About the same moneys of course. Cheers and thanks for your reviews as well as the rest of the communities, you guys suck. (its a joke...PRIMUS SUCKS! as they say.)

For an all BA set what comes to mind is the Night oblivian busatur but those are not going to have the same sub bass authority of the Quattros. A hybrid set I would say maybe the Yanyin Moonlights But both these IEMs cost about $100 more than Quattros. Moonlight has less sub bass and less upper treble empahsis than the Quattros but their general organic tonal character is what reminds me of the Quattros in regards to its mids performance.
