The build on this reminds me of a Legacy 9, same nozzle, same red and blue plastic screen holders for the vents.

Maybe there is some relations there. It isn't uncommon for IEM factories to make another product for another company using same molds and shells. No rule against it. Wild wild west in China as far as manufacturing goes.

Of course, I understand that. I had a QC issue with my Legacy 9 which caused me some grief, so I can be triggered by seeing anything similar in build. Detailed review, very good.

Mofasest Trio or Fearless S8 pro? Which one you prefer?

Havent heard the Fearless S8 pro. I would read sound descriptions on both sets and go from there. To be honest I am not even remotely curious about those. I standy by my statement that Mofasest Trio has to be one if not the best earphone in the price range. I will have evidence to prove that at least for me on the thread soon.

I imagine the bass is more potent on the Trio.

@Dsnuts, I was ready to purchase the Trio based on your high recommendation, but then the EE Odin came along, my end game IEM. I’m broke now.

@Dsnuts nice reviews and always and sold me, take a second read made me think twice that the green with leaves patterns inside looks very fresh. Well hope i dont regret went for blue. Oh and little correction, they aren't using Sonion BAs for mids, Knowles instead.

I thought it was Sonion due to the page description on Penon will correct.

Wait i read somewhere that mofasest trio is using knowles BA but i research again but this is confusing. Apologize for misleading if my infos are incorrect. Anyone know the details? Is mofasest have official website?

Penon describes the BAs as being Sonion I will get some clarity.

Actually i don't care if they are using Knowles or Sonion since both have great quality, just happen that i always have on my mind the Trio is using Knowles BA with Sonion EST. Could be wrong though, but oddly i can't find clear information also. So little specification about these mofos IEMs, even with their M14 also. Thanks for that
