New Head-Fier
Pros: light weight, good sound
Cons: cord twists
I got these cheap when Circuit City was going out  of biz here. At the time (about 2005 or so) they were $80 and I got 'em for $30. They are faithful headphones. I like the lightweight as they are very comfortable and sound great! Good dynamic range. On mine, the cord would twist easily making it really hard to get back straight. Eventually I unscrewed the earpieces to make them useable as the cord was that twisted and couldn't get it undone otherwise. For a brief period, I didn't use them, but took them out of retirement soon enough b/c they sound so good and are so comfortable. I wasn't able to get the earpieces back on properly without twisting the cord again so I resorted to holding them on the headband tight with black gaffers tape. Might not look so attractive, but the sound very much is!
