Disclaimer:
The Ice Lab Spectrumica is a tour unit, sent to me as part of a tour in Australia, with thanks to Ice Lab and the Audio Geek Brotherhood Of Audiophiles tours.
I haven't been asked to give any kind of positive review, but I wanted to offer my fair and honest review and impression on the Spectrumica.
And I want to offer a thank you to Ice Lab and the Audio Geek Brotherhood Of Audiophiles for making the tour of the Ice Lab Spectrumica possible.

Tips,
Spinfit CP145
Moondrop Spring
7hz Salnotes Zero Red Stock Tips
Zeos Render Tips
(I always tip roll, to find the best fit)
For most of my impressions, I used the Zeos Render Tips, or the Spinfit CP145 or the 7hz Salnotes Zero Stock Red Tips, I did also get a good fit with the Moondrop Spring Tips.

So a quick impression before I get into detail,
The Spectrumica has a full and deep bass, with a punchy and hard hitting mid bass, warm mids, with a sometimes slightly unnatural tonality, a fairly well balanced midrange and treble, with good detail resolution, imaging and an imersive sound stage.

Sub Bass:
The Spectrumica has a well controlled sub bass with good extension and texture, adding a nice layer to the sound stage, as well as a nice weight to the bass texture.
It doesn't feel particularly boosted, but it does have a good presence.
The sub bass never overshadows the mid bass, mids or treble.
The sub bass is well controlled, making it's presence felt when it's called for.

Mid Bass:
The mid bass has a good punch to it, adding good texture and attack to kick drums, bass guitars, and adding extra weight to bassy tracks.

Mids, And Upper Mids:
The mids are warm, textured and fairly natural, giving vocals and instruments good detail and texture.
Vocals, both male and female sound natural and slightly warm, with a good clear presentation.

Treble:
The treble is detail and has good extension, with a little bit of air.
Female vocals and instruments have plenty of clarity and good texture, with an open and airy presentation.

Micro Details:
Micro details are good, they're not overly detailed, making the details sound artificial, but there's a decent amount of micro detail to just add clarity and better seperation, and sharper imaging to the sound.

Sound Stage And Imaging:
The sound stage and imaging of the Spectrumica is very good, there is good layering and depth in the sound stage, and the micro details add a nice clear image to details.
The seperation of instruments and vocals is well defined as well.

One Small Nit Pick,
There can be a slightly unnatural tonality in parts of the midrange, I think in the lower mids, but doesn't really take away from the enjoyment of listening to the Spectrumica.
Vocals and instruments still sound great.
There's just an ever so slight unnatural tonality to some part of the midrange, which can probably be fixed with a little EQ, or possibly even tip rolling.
And the Spectrumica did sound a little cleaner on a more neutral source like the Denthonray Honey H1, where any sign of that slightly unnatural tonality all but went away.

My Honesty Opinion Of The Ice Lab Spectrumica?
I like it, it's probably one of the top 5 best IEM's I've heard so far in the past few years, but it isn't perfect, though it is quite engaging and imersive, and has a very nice shell, and one of the better accessories packages I've seen in a higher end IEM, and a really nice stock cable.

Well that about sums up my impressions/review of the Ice Lab Spectrumica.
Another big thank you to Ice Lab and the Audio Geek Brotherhood Of Audiophiles tours for making this tour possible.
