I really like my PS1000E, but for the last few months, all I've been listening to is my HD650, probably because of my Jotunheim/Mimby setup. I really liked your review and I'd love to hear the PS2000E sometime. That picture of the Woo WA33 is really awesome, I really want one! Also, I read another review of the PS2000E online somewhere, and they were running it with a Chord Dave and really loved the sound.

Nice review and comparaison....you really get me curious about them and Ypsilon G1 too. I wonder how the GS2000E compare to GS1000E that I have owned and LOVE until cable broke. Did 2000E is more agressive sounding?

Interesting review! I wish I could love a Grado phone. The GS2000E is beautiful looking and the Grado “story” is really appealing but they all sound strange to my ears.

The 2000e is about as aggressive as the HD 800 is... an in mu opinion neither are that aggressive, both are just a little on the softer/more natural sounding side, I also don't doubt the DAVE an PS2000e sound amazing together! An I also read that review :3

Connecting with the music is so important to the listener. I found that I gravitate to my Grado RS1 b/c of that. Looks like the above is on the menu now too.

Very nice review! I really like the part where you associated home and culture to your listening preferences. I have the SR80e, one of the value headphones in the Grado line and I enjoy them immensely! I will audition these two when I get the chance. Buy them, maybe in the far future. But this review struck my interest even more. Thanks, man!

Great review! Very thorough, but I'm wondering how these compare to other 'upper tier' cans such as HiFiMan's HE-1000 v2, Audeze LCD-4, etc.? I realize the aforementioned are more expensive, but I've never owned or even listened to Grados, so again, would be curious how they compare. Thanks.
