i ordered the bullets, waiting for them to come. IMO, the basic difference between foam and silicone is foam= >bass, < sound stage; silicone= >more treble and sound stage, less bass. i don't think one is better than the other, it just depends on my mood. I also switch between the Xelentos silicone, foam, and AndromedaS, silicone and foam, plus roll cables; balanced, unbalanced. All these different combinations give different sound signatures that just depend on my mood.
